This will be his first Olympic games, and what better way to start what could be a long career than with his country's greatest-ever tennis player alongside you?

Spanish hero Nadal is a 22-time Grand Slam champion, including 14 Men's Singles victories on clay at Roland-Garros.

He is the undisputed 'King of Clay', and this could turn out to be quite handy, given the whole tennis tournament at the Olympics will be held at those same courts in the French Open.

Nadal has already hinted that 2024 could be his final year before retirement and would love to add another Olympic medal to the gold that he picked up in 2008 in his final outing at the Games.

However, the 38-year-old has struggled with injury for a long time, and with tennis at the Paris Games compressed into one week, he faces a very hectic schedule.

Nadal even missed the grass courts at Wimbledon this year to ensure he was fit to compete on clay and represent Spain one last time.

It's sure to be emotional, and here, talkSPORT.com takes a look at when you can see Nadal and Alcaraz in action.
