Olympian Robert Forstemann has stunned fans once again with a new picture of his legs following a crazy gym workout.

The German track cyclist, also known as Quadzilla, won bronze in the team sprint at the 2012 Olympic Games - but his legs are even bigger than they were 12 years ago.

Now 38, the former team sprint world champion hasn’t let age get in the way of him pumping huge weights in the gym, leading him to still has legs most body builders would die for.

Taking to Instagram, he revealed the aftermath of another mind-blowing quad day routine.

The full body snap shows his insane pump in his quads - and even after all this time, fans are still floored by just how big they are.

“Megaman legs,” one wrote alongside numerous fire emojis.

“Mamma mia!” another posted with a shocked face.

The German, who regularly films himself performing split squats with upwards of 150kg like in the video above, first went viral at the games in 2012 - but not because of his third place finish in England’s capital.

Instead, it was his quads that made the headlines thanks to a photo shared by New Zealand road cyclist Greg Henderson.

Forstemann and German road cyclist Andre Greipel had been comparing the size of their legs at the Olympic Village.

Greipel had enormous quadriceps, but was blown out of the water by Forstemann.

Olympic legend Usain Bolt insists that none of the current crop of sprinters have the ‘talent’ to break his 100m record

In his later career, Forstemann transitioned to Paralympic track cycling.

He represented Germany as a sighted 'pilot' in tandem events at the 2020 Paralympics.

Who knows what he's lifting on the leg extension these days...
